        Youbike 的使用方式:

 

  YouBike租車方式分為會員與單次租車，消費者可以使用悠遊卡及手機門號，透過官方網站、官方APP、各站Kiosk(自動服務機)及服務中心加入會員。
單次租車可選擇信用卡付費，至租賃站的Kiosk(自動服務機)即可快速申辦單次租車。

 

  You can rent a YouBike bike either as a Member or as a Single rental user. If you need to rent a bike for many times, you can choose to become a YouBike member. You can authorize as a YouBike member with your electronic card and your cell phone SIM card. Single Rental users can use Kiosks at each station to rent a bike and use CHT839+Micro Payment or credit cards to pay usage fees.

 

 

        單次租車的付費方式:

 

 

  單次租車的消費者，使用信用卡付款進行租車時，系統將會從其帳戶(信用卡為開卡銀行)進行交易預授權2000元，若消費者遵守本服務使用行為，授權期限(5天)到期後，系統將自動取消本次授權，並依據本次實際交易金額由各家銀行進行請款作業。消費者於當月信用卡帳單內將出現該次交易資料，如有任何問題，歡迎撥打1999市民熱線或(02)89785511(一般付費)洽詢。

 

  Single Rental users can rent a bike with their credit card or cell phone. The YouBike system will pre-authorize 2000 NTD (which amount is pre-authorized only and is not debited). If the user complies with the YouBike service terms and conditions, the system will automatically cancel such pre-authorization on the expiry date and will request the bank(or Chunghwa Telecom) to make payments based on actual usage fees. The user can check the credit card statement (or the telephone bill) for records of such transaction at the end of each month.         會員與非會員使用費率問題:

  4小時內每30分鐘10元 ( 註: 104年4月1日起，會員於臺北市借車，前30分鐘5元，超過30分鐘借車費用維持與現況相同。)

4小時至8小時內每30分鐘20元，

超過8小時以上每30分鐘40元

 

 

For YouBike members, 

10 NTD per 30 minutes within the first 4 hours ,

20 NTD per 30 minutes 4 to 8 hours ,

40 NTD per 30 minutes exceeding 8 hours

(There will be an NTD 5 charge for the first 30 minutes in Taipei city starting April 1, 2015. For rentals over 30 minutes,charges remain unchanged.)

For Single Rental users, the rate is 10 NTD for every 30 minutes . Besides, if you use a credit card or CHT839+Micro Payment to rent a bike, the YouBike system will pre-authorize 2000 NTD from your account (the account at the credit card issuing bank or the e-wallet account at Chunghwa Telecom). If the user complies with the YouBike service terms and conditions, the system will automatically cancel such pre-authorization on the expiry date and will request the bank(or Chunghwa Telecom) to make payments based on actual usage fees.
